I understand that certain holidays are important in some countries. But when they interrupt certain proper business protocols, such as getting the paid for item to the customer in a reasonable amount of time, regardless of holidays. Other arrangements could and should be made. I've been waiting going on close to a month now. They charge a pretty hefty shipping charge as well for some very small items.

This is likely a fraudulent/scam "auction house". I won 2 Rolex watches from their last auction, for which credit cards were clearly listed as an acceptable payment method. After the auction, I contacted them to arrange payment, and they said that the only acceptable payment method now was via wire transfer. I tried to explain the discrepancy (and their potential breach of terms), and was ignored. Furthermore, the items I won used "stock" images. I requested actual pictures of the items prior to payment, as well as the serial numbers to confirm they actually had the items in their possession. I was again ignored. BIDDERS BEWARE!

In their auction T & Cs they listed all the payment methods they will accept. Once I won the auction, they told me they would only accept a wire. I showed them screen shots from their auction stating they would accept credit cards, etc, but they stood firm they would only accept a wire. Then they said "Our auction house thinks it might be better to cancel the order. Thank you very much for participating in our auction."... I will NOT be doing business with them again.
