Attention!-Unserious seller!
The auctioneer has been detaining my 2 lots for USD 5, 000 for almost 6 months already, during that time I has been 4 times assured that my lots were on the way. The seller does not communicate anymore and the same message is recorded on her phone's answering machine over 3 months-we reopen since "1?/2022" again, maybe it's bankrupt, I don't know but the communication has been weak from the beginning, the auctioneer is unserious and I can't recommend, be careful with her

These items (firearms) are to be shipped to Czech and the Customs and Border has returned them to me as undeliverable. They are legal but they will not let them leave the US. Client has told me that he ships many firearms from the US and I have asked him to provide a legal FFL dealer in the US so that I can send the guns to them for legal export. I will not jeopardize my license or do anything that is not legal.

Never recieved the items I paid for, over $600
Do not buy from these scammers. I never received my items after I paid for them. They don't answer the phone or emails.

Very responsive. Best auction house I have used. They do not kill the deal with very high shipping. I will purchase again from French Broad River Auctions.

Slow Delivery
I am pleased with the item I won and it was accurately described. FBR could have been a bit more forthcoming on expected delivery. I purchased and paid on 9/17 but delivery didn't happen until 10/7. And Priority Mail only took 3 days. So it took them over two weeks to pack up my item and get it to the post office. Some auction houses are really, really slow. If you buy an item onGunbroker.com you'll get it in two to three days, an auction house two to three weeks.

Unresponsive & did not ship
More than 3 months after the auction & payment l still have not received my item & despite numerous emails & phone calls l am yet to have contact from FBRA. Be wary, be very cautious as there is no excuse for this behaviour.

The way an online auction should be
The auction went very smoothly and I was very happy with my winning bids. I called with a couple of questions and they were very straightforward and helpful. I will definitely do business with French broad River again.
