Vogt Auction House is the best in the business. Been a customer for 10 years. Always a professional organization.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and went way out of their way to take care of our order and pack it in our trailer. The crew packed everything very effeciently. We bought several things and the loading crew did a great job loading and not one item was broke went we got home and that was a 300 mile trip. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who likes antiques and enjoys dealing with hard working friendly people. I think the loading crew here is probably the best people I have ever dealt with since I have been traveling around and going to auctions.

Great auction house-always has unique items

I won a vintage antique lamp base from Vogt Auctions. Payment went well and I was happy to see they offered in-house shipping through a contractor, a packing service called Four Corners. Unfortunately, this service shipped someone else's item to me instead of the item I won. So, I had to work with Four Corners to get my lamp shipped to me from the incorrect recipient and then ship the wrong item I received to them, etc. This created a lot of extra time, delays, and effort. I even had to open the wrong package to identify the contents for the shipping service, which I wasn't that comfortable doing. I get it, things happen. But I was offered absolutely no compensation for my time, including driving to a FedEx shipping office (the closest being far from where I live) for their error. Not even a modest gift card, no gesture at all beyond "sorry". If Four Corners has a pattern of making these basic mistakes I would suggest to Vogt that they contract someone else to do their shipping, or do it themselves. Also, Four Corners uses styrofoam peanuts for packing, one of the worst inventions in history for myriad reasons, instead of better alternatives that most other shippers are now using.

I won a $2200 shotgun. Arrived poorly packed with the box and packing falling apart. Amazingly, the shotgun was undamaged, but I was sorely disappointed at the lack of care in the packing process. Also shipping took a long time. I have bought from them before and not experienced such problems.

I will never deal with this business again. There's no communication at all. Buyer beware.

Vogt Auction Texas has good items, and their customer service is excellent. I notified them about a shipping item and they took care of it, in a way you wish all auction houses would react. I would say their customer service was above and beyond. I will shop with them again. And thank you Vogt.

Very nice people to deal with. They were especially helpful when dealing with shipping/pickup of a very fragile item. I am very pleased with the item I purchased here.

We purchased several items during the recent mid-century auction using the online bidding platform. It was quite easy to bid and arrange pick up and the prices were really good. We are excited to have these pieces in our house!

The on-line photos of the items are accurate and they're straight forward about any damage to the items, the buyers premium and the shipping process. several months ago i gave them a harsh review regarding the shipping time and cost. I noticed this time their terms listed a shipper so i decided to give them a try. it was much better a little expensive but not such as you feel you are getting ripped off. much quicker. bought New Years didnt pay for a couple days and it arrived today 1-12. So about a week start to finish. keep it up

From the minute I stepped through the doors of Vogt Auction, I was bombarded with friendly 'hellos' and 'can I help?'. Smiles from Kim at the front desk, proper English greetings from Ryan working in a nearby office, and even a howdy from the guys moving the furniture seem the norm at this place. Rob, the head honcho, is very approachable and eagerly demonstrates his knowledge about the items big and small available to bid on. This place is downright friendly, so if you like being a sour puss, I recommend bidding by phone or on the internet, as your mood will be lifted if you walk through the door in person.
