Sir, While we do not dispute there was an issue with your shipping, we did everything we could to make this right for you. We stayed in constant contact with you, searched high and low for the resolution and refunded you everything you were owed without hesitation even though you gave us the wrong information several times. You also kept an item that you were refunded for when you were given a label to send the item back but instead declared that “you were done”. We did not push you on the item as we felt terrible you had an unpleasant experience. We are an honest family company and if we make a mistake, we will bend over backwards to make sure you’re taken care of. We could not have done any more or been any nicer in our responses. We’re sorry you decided to wait almost 10 full months since this issue was resolved to post this review but we still wish you and yours the very best. Regards, Swisher Bros. Auction

Hey Mark, We hate that this happened and again apologize profusley. We know how frustrating it can be when you're exicted for something that didn't pan out. Unfortunately your item was double sold, the other person it went to was the high bidder and was here to collect first. Again, we are very sorry, we are human and even with our best intentions mistakes do sometimes happen. Also unfortunately there is no compromise that can happen in this instance when we are no longer in possession of the item which is why you were given the full refund.
