Galerie ART Praha is a prestigious art gallery, which mainly presents the significant Czech and Slovak painters of the 19th and 20th century. We are a part of the art market for more than 20 years and you will find us just in the historical centre of Prague, on the Old Town Square, opposite to the Astronomical Clock. The tradition of Galerie ART Praha dates back to 1994. Since then, Gallery became a partner to many significant and famous art collectors. Our main focus is mainly set on exclusive hall auctions, purchasing and buying out quality artworks. We also offer consignment sale of artworks, organize online auctions and exhibitions of Czech and Slovak artists. Throughout the years of Galerie ART Praha's auctions, there has been sold a great number of significant and beautiful artworks made by leading artists of Czech and Slovak artistic movements. As a proof, we can mention a lot of successful auctions of artworks made by artists as: Emil Filla, Josef Sima, Josef Capek, Antoni­n Prochazka, Jan Zrzavy, Josef Istler, Karel Cerny, Vaclav Radimsky, Oldrich Blazicek, Jan Bauch, Josef Vyletal and many others. Beside our auction and gallery activities, in 2012, in cooperation with PhDr. Rea Michalova Ph. D., our gallery published a comprehensive monograph of famous Czech artist Jan Bauch. All of our client's artworks are in safe hands of our experts. Every artwork is consulted with Czech and Slovak art historians and we also offer services of our best restorers. During the years being part of the Czech art market, our gallery built up a company of art lovers and constant clients, who are always happy to come back.
