All my transactions with Live Auctioneers have gone smoothly.

Week drive auction... received the gun promptly and it arrived with no damage. Reason for 4 starts was that this was not received as a left handed gun. I suppose shame on me for not seeing this but I'd say that's a pretty fundamental thing to put in the description. Also, no indication of caliber, again shame on me for not asking (turns out it's a very obscure 10x47). Nonetheless, I will certainly be following and bidding on items in the future but will be much more likely to ask questions.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Got a great price on my item. Made contact for a local pickup. Arrived at their facility earlier than my appointment by an hour. They eagerly accommodated my early arrival and had me out in 30 minutes with product in hand. Product exactly as described. Met owner and a couple of other staff. Good people. A rarity in today's world. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Well packed and in my hands a week after the auction from Florida to Alaska.

Gun Auctions was absolutely the most responsive to my questions & were extremely helpful. My item was shipped the day after I paid & they immediately honored my C & R license. I have received the item and it is was very accurately described. I hope to purchase from them again in the near future.

This company was very easy to deal with. Payment went smooth and was very easy to conduct. Shipping cost was reasonable and relatively fast. I was very pleased with the gun.

I contacted customer support and received an immediate response. They investigated the shortage and found there was a typo in their description of the lot.
