Shipping takes some time! However, When I did receive my lots, they arrived like it was worth a million dollars. They actually care about the items arriving intact and packed properly, a trait that other houses lack. Thanks VINTAGE ACCENTS.

They charged my card without authorization. And for the wrong amount. Response unsatisfactory. I would not do business with them again.

I have no issues with Vintage Accents Auctions, but I was not well-pleased with LiveAuctioneers because: 1) I wanted to pay in cash [ directly to Vintage Accents Auctions ], but that wasn't an option through LiveAuctioneers; 2) Try as I might, I could not add another credit card, and was thus forced to use a card that I did not want to use; 3) There was no way to directly contact LiveAuctioneers for assistance, and when I called Vintage Accents Auctions, they were unable to help. I would be reluctant to participate in another Vintage Accents Auction if they choose to again use LiveAuctioneers.

This was my first-time bidding at Vintage Accents Auctions, Prior to bidding I read some horrible reviews, I can only speak for myself and found just the opposite, I found that the items I purchased were exactly as they had been described, I also must state that I noticed that most complaints were about the shipping being costly, I found just the opposite If anyone has any idea the cost thats involved w/the material the heavy duty boxes Vintage uses bubble wrap popcorn and the time and care that goes into each item plus the insurance cost Vintage cost are very much with in the normal fees that are charged if not slightly cheaper if you had to go through an outside vender they do us buyers a great service by providing that service to us, I purchased several pieces and each piece was wrapped separately and w/great care all the items arrived in perfect condition and were far better than they showed on Live Auction I could not have been more pleased w/the service and the communication I had w/them. When I spoke w/Kelcie she was pleasant answered any concerns I had I cannot say enough she is a great asset to Vintage Accents Auctions, you can certain ally purchase from them and not have any concerns about the item or items you are buying, and you can rest assure your purchases will arrive well packed and safely. I highly recommend Vintage Accents Auction to anyone who wants a great experience I consider myself a buyer for any future Auctions sometimes things that we read about are just not always the case. Sometimes one has to decipher Facts from maybe not being completely truthful all I can say is my experience was successful and pleasant, thank you Vintage Accents Auctions for a great experience very happy w/all my purchases and I appreciate the care your team put into the packing of all my items please let them know how grateful I am w/the time they took w/each Item. respectfully Frederick

The cost of shipping was a bit expensive but shipper packed the vase really really well. Its almost like The Alacatraz in terms of maximum protection of my vase. Sometimes you really need to pay more for shipping to ensure that you get your item intact.

I had several questions which were answered in a timely manner. I would buy from them again with no reservations.

Bought a beautiful Taxco silver and amethyst bracelet at no bargain price but the safety chain was broken, which was not disclosed in the ad. I contacted the auction house about the cost of repair and they wanted me to ship the bracelet back to them. This was at the beginning of the pandemic and I was reluctant to go to the post office so had to wait until I could get to my jeweler and pay for it to have it fixed. The auction listing was not accurate and they seemed not to be interested in customer satisfaction even though I paid for the item in full immediately.

The item was great, just love it. Shipped and packed very well, communications on tracking very quick. Very satisfied with Auctioneer service.

First they said they'd ship the item, then they said they couldn't, then said they could & it about month after calling/emailing, not getting responses. key that went w/the item; The original key wasn't there & couldn't be found. sent me some that didn't work. Had it replaces & again took numerous calls & emails before they sent me a check for getting e new key

Excellent auction. Payment was smooth. I had a day off so I called ahead and arranged to personally pick up. Great ride to Warren, Maine. I was warmly greeted and received my framed Stobarts print which was ready for me. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Be aware of defective merchandise that is being auctioned!!! I purchased (in good faith) a August Moreau statue that was obviously heavily damaged before shipping and never disclosed. When you consider the EXCESSIVE amount of shipping cost I estimate close to a $200 complete loss as the item is basically a throwaway.

Vintage Accents auction house offers 'in-house' shipping... they also bill through Liveauctioneers for both the item + shipping. In my experience we paid for the item and after much back and forth emails and trying to get a shipping quote, paid for that as well.... fast forward to actually receiving items, most likely these cornucopia hand vases with the French glass were broken to begin with and they were concealed damages. We received broken/damaged items and bottom line is that we have been given the 'run-around' on management following up to give us the refund that is due to us! They ship in-house and there is zero follow up on damaged goods?!! Unacceptable!

Charged $80 for package that couldn't have cost more than $30 to ship. Even accounting for supplies and someone's time, this is too much. I understand in-house shipping is provided as a courtesy but I deal with many auction houses who offer the same courtesy without overcharging. Nice auction house and have never had any problems with purchases but non-local buyers should utilize 3rd party shipping options.

Items were as described, perfectly wrapped and shipped. Excellent communication throughout.

Most of the items I purchased were just fine, but an antique quilt was in much poorer condition than I expected, with more severe staining and overall discoloration. I don't know if I can bring myself to ever use it. Very disappointed, and I paid $300 for it.
