BUYER BEWARE! I contacted Annzstiques re my paid for auction items and have received NOTHING!
Buyer beware! I emailed them several times, I called them many times regarding the where abouts of my auction items and they never replied. I finally got someone on the phone using the phone number provided on my bank debit transaction and was told 3 times that I had the wrong number and they had no knowledge of this auction or my items. This number appeared on my bank transaction when they debited my account for the items over 10 days ago. To date, I've received no response and no auction items. I will not bid with Annzstiques auction house again. Poor customer service.

Item as shown-delivery was a bit delayed
The watch was as shown, the delivery was delayed by a bit and the auction house took several days to reply to a query as to when I'd see the item. Overall-good transaction.

Purchased item from Canada-excellent Auction House!
Annzstiques Auction House was excellent from bid right to shipment. I reached out with one clarification after I won because I am located in Canada and they responded quickly and confirmed all was good with my won item. Received the item in less than 3 weeks, but at least a week of that was Canada customs holding (as per usual). Item was packaged very well and exactly as pictured and described. Paid for it, Never got it, phone rings and rings not a business address but a residential.
no customer service, they kept my money and provide one fake tracking number after another, no phone messages can give them all the information and they say your playing games. meanwhile they simply stop responding, and you are left alone with out the item you paid for and a credit card bill. IN the end look up their BBB rating hundreds of unresolved complaints. your the lucky ones, if you stop now and do not bid on items you wont get.

Beware, if there is a problem THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE
Bid on a lantern being told that the lantern was cracked but the glass globe wasn't... globe was cracked in transit as the seller packed the lantern with the globe in without checking to see if it was tight.. it wasn't, almost 1/2 an inch upward movement, they responded one time asking for photos I sent those... cricket ever since, called the number they provide just rings and rings and rings... great buisness people I give this establishment or the one that's no longer in buisness shocker a 0 out of 10

Why is it that people have to be so dishonest, I told you I needed a picture of the damaged box which you did not provide, The lantern was packed very well, we intentionally give our items special marks for identification because of bait and switch practices especially on glass items, we did not see our mark nor did you take a picture of the damaged box.
