Despite my repeated efforts, I received nothing back from their "preferred shipper" after raising the issue. The auction was aware of my difficulties and did nothing to get me any reimbursement. As such, I will never deal with these people again.

Allstate never disappoints. They’re always professional and responsive when you contact them. However I never received my clock and I am sad.

the items sold were completely accurate and as the company advertised. they were also willing to assist me with an issue with the delivery service which resulted in a prompt resolution. very pleased with the product purchased. no reservations about dealing with them in the future.

Allstate has beautiful bronzes and other items for sale in their showroom. The owner and his assistants were friendly and helped with the parking issue. Parking in NYC is non-existent and it can be a problem for someone picking up an item. Other than that it was a great experince.

I was worried about shipping from FL to OH of two antiques I provided the winning bid on-all for naught. Both items arrived in one perfected wrapped & exceptionally safe box. Other houses could take note.

great seller, good communication for the bid, but after that, nobody in the house..... shipping company slow (2 weeks to pack) and no response from the auction house to improve the shipment. After it was handover, seems like it was not their problem anymore even if it was a shipping company recommended by the auction house. But i am very satisfy with the item it self

This auction house had 3 bronze statues I just had to have. I called to see about picking up in person and then decided to avoid the horrendous post pandemic traffic in this region. I am very pleased with all 3 items and looking forward to future auctions.

Unique and Rare collections and friendly personality staff.

I called them up and asked them about the painting in detail and spoke to 2 people there and the fact that the canvas was thread bear, seperated and falling off the stretcher due to age ought to have been disclosed but was not. I'll have to have the painting relined in order to save it and all of this should have been disclosed while I was on the phone with them but these issues were concealed.

No problems with Allstate... they were great. If you are shipping something fragile... be careful who you hire to ship! My beautiful marble statue arrived in pieces. You would think the shippers on the list would have more experience packing art & antiques!

The items sold by this auction company are of high taste. This is a very happy auction I participated in. In the future, I will focus on the auction activities of this auction company. thank you!
