I WON A STATUE AT KINGS AUCTIONS AND PAID KINGS AS THEY REQUESTED BY CHECK; $2, 125, AND SHIPPING WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE. I CALLED KINGS AUCTIONS MORE THAN 10 TIMES BUT KINGS NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY VOICE MAIL MESSAGES. THE FIRST EMAIL THAT I SENT TO KINGS AUCTIONS FOLLOWS: I called you at your phone number; ********** about 5 times and left voice mail but I never received a call back and I called Justin at ********** more than 5 times and that number does not answer. I won lot # 272 "A CHINESE GILT-BRONZE MAHAKALA STATUE" in your April 29th 2021 auction in the amount of $2, 125. I sent you a check in that amount to Kings Auctions, 3054 Bosco CT, Virginia Beach, VA 23453 but after not answering your 2 different phone numbers for days I put a "STOP PAYMENT" on that Wells Fargo check # 125. I still want to buy that lot. Please call me and I will give you a credit card number to pay for that lot. I hope to hear from you. Thank you. Live Auctioneers records indicate my Chase credit card was charged for the statue that I bought at Kings but I never received the statue. Kings sent email to me through the Live Auctioneers web site that follows: We are having an issue with this lot. It seems that the item was sent back to the consigner by mistake. I CALLED THE 2 PHONE NUMBERS THAT KINGS LISTED IN LIVE AUCTIONEERS AS THEIR CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS: ********** AND ********** AND LEFT MESSAGES. KINGS LISTED ONE OF THOSE PHONE NUMBERS INCORRECTLY IN THE LIVE AUCTIONEERS INVOICE THAT THEY SENT TO ME. I WROTE TO KINGS: PLEASE CALL ME BACK CONCERNING PACKING AND SHIPPING OF LOT # 272 A CHINESE GILT-BRONZE MAHAKALA STATUE. PLEASE PACK AND SHIP THIS LOT FOR ME. I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU. After paying for my winning bid, I was expecting it’s delivery. However, I was informed that my item went missing. This clearly is a lack of organization and commitment to their duties as auctioneers.
