It’s easy to use, and bid, once u win, they handle shipping and payment from your account, b4 you know it, it’s already at your door being delivered.

Beware. This auctioneer is selling fake, worthless **********. Painted stones, all fake and worthless. Don’t be fooled. Stay away.

Size wasn't indicated in item's description. As a result, I bought an expensive bracelet that's way to big for my wrist, and will have to have it fixed. Too bad they don't have a return policy.

Their software continually amazes me. It's fast; sometimes too fast! Also, if you accidentally click on the red bar that's it: you just bought yourself something you might not have wanted to purchase. They need to install sound alerts, because oftentimes we move to other windows while waiting between items, and need an alert to get back to the window on time when our item is up (text alerts help, but I'd really like an audio sound-alert "baked into" the site). Their item descriptions are often lacking, such as a minimal amount of sizing info like for bracelet cuffs, which are SO important to know if it'll fit you or not. Other sites offer actual measurements, comparison photos with coins and measuring tape. It's great when artist names are posted, but often they're not. Shipping rates are crazy-high; way higher than actual shipping costs. So when you can, it's best to bank your purchases into one order to qualify for meeting free-shipping minimums. Also it's a shame that reserves always have to be met, and if they aren't, the item gets passed on. But if you're addicted to a particular group of items, or need inventory badly, I guess you put up with all that stuff!

The jewelry I won the bids on are quality sterling silver. The only problem I have is several of the bracelets are way to small for a normal size woman. If I had thought to question the seller on the sizes of the bracelets I would NOT have bid on 4 of the bracelets I won. QUESTION, QUESTION the seller on the sizes of the bracelets!

So glad I found AWS. Had to sell my Native American pieces after a divorce. So happy I have found a source that I like to replace the pieces that I lost. I am well versed in auctions and I think this company is very good. In a short time I have purchased pieces from 3 different auctions that they have held and I'm very happy with what I have received. My goal was to purchase a squash blossom necklace that was the one piece that I really was sad about losing. Though not the same type of turquoise I really do love the turquoise in this set. And of course I've bought many more pieces. My only regret is not being able to hear the auctioneer online. That was always part of the fun of in person auctions.
