This store is a fraud.
It took almost a month to ship the item, it was lost/stolen in the post office system, no refund or replacement provided, and won't answer the phone after more than a dozen attempts. Email does not deliver a response either. They are not even responding to theLiveauctioneers.com attempts to reach them. The positive feedback comments posted in their profile must be fake as there is no way they are reflective of their current behavior. Lack of response only results in the worst interpretation of their intent. Never do business with these people. Run the other way or get ripped off.

Very impressive selection
Wow, I was very impressed with the selection of items at this auction. It was easy to bid on what I wanted and once the payment process was complete my item arrived amazingly fast. I reached out to them a couple of times and always received a response. I cannot wait for their next auction.

Very bad communication
After telling them I has disputed the charge because I never received the item, and not to send it, they sent it anyway. Ended up costing me $15.75 to send it back. But YOU cost me $15.25. For NOTHING. Just complete incompetence on your part.

I did not order these items.
I did not bid on these items. They are not coins that I collect and do not buy 69 grade coins. I do not know if my account was hacked but was never away this order was even outstanding. Since January. I have always paid for all my idems I win at auction. You are causing my account to be blocked by auction house for two items I never bid

I wish I had listened to others
I have won numerous items with auction houses onLiveAuctioneers.com and everyone of them with the exception Tyler Louis Jewelry, has been outstanding! Tyler Louis Jewelry payment terms and conditions are not accurate causing me to pay twice for one item and having a dispute placed on another item when proof of payment was sent prior to dispute being made. I fulfilled my obligation within the time frame required and requested clarification at the same time. I have yet to receive my item, or a refund for the double payment, or any helpful responses from my inquiries about this item and the money I over payed them. I sincerely urge you NOT to do business with Tyler Louis Jewelry! I wish I had listened to others who had the same or similar problems with this auction house!

Slow to respond. Slow to ship.
This auction house was extremely slow to respond with shipping information and actually shipping the product, as well as slow to respond to my emails when they responded at all. At one point I was told my item shipped but was “returned” by the post office even though I never received a notice of an attempted delivery nor could they provide a tracking number. Took several calls and emails to finally get my product. Will not purchase from them again.

General Observations about the Purchase
I have bid and won many items with Live-auctioneers, but this transaction had several concerns. I bid in advance of the auction posting a maximum price I would spend. In reviewing the bids after I won, I noticed that there was a bid that was higher, so my bid should not have won. I suspect that someone in house was seeing if I would continue bidding and did not know my bid was in advance. Once not was realized that my maximum was reached, the higher bid was apparently withdrawn. I suspect that if the process was really fair and open, I would have probably paid less than my maximum. Also, Tyler Louis Jewelry does not accept credit cards. I mailed them a check which had to clear prior to shipment. This is OK, but it makes the process take longer, and given the premium paid, the cost of accepting credit cards could have been added to the premium. In short, the payment process is less than easy. Also, all of the other purchases of jewelry through Live-auctioneers included delivery. The cost of delivery here was extra and in my opinion, extremely expensive for a very little package. The process of purchasing here was far less than optimal and different than any of my other purchases. Anyone placing a bid should be aware of the limitations.

It’s cheaper to buy any where else. U don’t pay fees and some places u don’t pay for shipping.
Don’t do it it’s not Worth it by the time you pay their fees they’re shipping their taxes you could’ve bought all the eBay cheaper and they sent me a package missing two or three silver coins have not heard from them since I left him a message do not trust

Item not shipped three weeks after payment.
I am extremely disappointed. Payment was made directly I received the invoice. Three weeks later, the item has still not been shipped. Attempts to contact have garnered no response. I will buy somewhere else in future.

They lied repeatedly to me.
The first contact with them was their accusation saying I did not pay. After a few weeks of back and forth, where I assured them I did pay, I had to go to the Post Office and pay a fee to have the money order traced. It turns out, they cashed it 4 days after I sent it. They assured me they would send the item immediately. After several days I contacted them again, and again and again. At one point, they said they would send it along with a refund for the shipping charge. I finally received it with no refund and a small piece broken off. The broken piece was not in the packaging, indicating that it was shipped broken. I consider these people to be dishonest, as they lied to me several times. I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

Payment is a problem if you send a check from a different state!
I love the item. I do not like the fact that Tyler Louis did not respond to my first few emails. They gave me a NON-PAYMENT Notice! I checked my bank and the money came through the same day and was cashed as the day I got the notice!! In my opinion very inappropriate for a bidder who has an excellent record!! Try for yourself and maybe it was just a fluke?

Not sure I would bid again
Item was ok, but somewhat overpriced (I bid online and paid the opening price) for what it turned out to be. Packaging for shipping was strange and hard to open. Just a ton of packing tape around the original box, part of which tore off when tape was removed. Item arrived in satisfactory condition. It took a month to receive the item. Inquiry about when I would receive was promptly answered.
