I have tried calling and emailing for months. I get no answer and therefore have never received my lot. I’m nervous the auctioneer might have passed from COVID19. If he turns up I would avoid this auctioneer in the future.

I purchased an item through LiveAuctioneers and I’ve never received it. I tried multiple times to communicate directly with the auction house and I never heard back from Anyone. I contacted LiveAuctioneers and tried to get resolution but even they have failed to item or get a reasonable response. This auction house is the worst.

Purchased a Louis Vuitton set from this auction house. It failed authentication by My Poupette. Auction company would not respond.

Paid for my item. No communication after multiple phone Phone calls and emails.

Received our payment and disappeared. Did not respond to multiple attempts to get our items shipped. Never did receive them.

NEVER received my items, I called about shipping and they never called me back. I emailed them and they never responded. I will have to file a claim with my credit card company.

everything went great, unfortunately the girlfiend i bought this for isn't anymore. guess my next one will luck out! thanks
