During this time of Covid-19, this seller did his best to keep us informed of shipments from Hong Kong. Although the shipping time was approx. 7 weeks (through no fault of the seller and he did inform buyers in advance of possible delays), otherwise this was a smooth and positive transaction. Very pleased.

All the coins were fakes. I sent messages to the auction house that they must give me a refund but they did not respond. Do not buy anything for this auction house because they are criminals

Horrible experience. I bid and won a Rolex Yachtmaster 2-They showed a product online that was a newer model but after I won they contacted me and... upon insisting that they send some 'actual' photos-they sent me pictures of the older model Rolex Yachtmaster 2 images. I insisted they send me photos of the watch they had posted online but failed to do so Long story short-I involved the live auctioneers support team and got the whole transaction sorted out in my favor-Horse Pentium auction priveleges got suspended as a result. The whole experience was shady as hell and while it was unfolding they put a 'dispute' tag on my account which prevented me from registering for other auction houses successfully. Avoid this auction house!

I’ve been waiting weeks for the watch to be sent. They keep claiming it is in the mail but DHL hasn’t received the package. I now have concerns that I’ll receive the watch and have filed a claim with PayPal.
