Easy to buy and pick up. Good, caring staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Worked hard to get a great rate on shipping chair and ottoman. My only complaint is that although I live out of state and had the furniture shipped out of state, and although they say out of staters don't pay sales tax, I couldn't get the hefty sales tax lifted. This has inhibited me from bidding on other high ticket items.

Overall a positive interaction. TLV was responsive and quick. Item was accurately represented.

I raised my bod when I formed the reserve had not been met. I did not raise it a second time when, again, I received notice that the reserve had not been met. So it was quite surprising to learn I had the winning g bid. How is that... when the reserve had not been met? Would I have also been the winning bidder had I not raised my bid the first time?
