I SOLD MY ITEM WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF RECEIVING IT

This seller never sent the item I paid for and has never contacted me about refunding my payment. I have left four messages and have not gotten one response. Do not do business with this person.

Great to work with!

I have tried for almost 3 months to get the auction house to send me an invoice for shipping (which is a service they say they provide) so that I could receive the item that I have already paid for. After contacting liveauctioneers for assistance, the auction house now wants me to telephone them which i cannot do because i work. Although they email addresses, apparently they do not monitor email or consider it communitcation. So i hate to abandon my purchase, but i do not have endless time and resources to devote the matter. This is the first purchase i have made through liveauctioneers and it will be the last one with Rowland Thomas. It has been a terrible very frustrating experience.

Very pleasant and easy to work with. Very accommodating and ease of transaction. Will be watching for more of his Auctions.

Item very nice, answered all my questions in a timely fashion, was easy to work with for pick up in these trying times. Would definitely do business again.

Invoiced me wrong amount... then they changed pickup agreement post auction. When I called them 5 days after auction to pay and fix the invoice, they said my items were forfeited. Zero communication.
