Very detailed and courteous customer service super quick to respond. Accurate order delivery would definitely buy from again.

The people who run Dream of Collectors put me on dispute when I paid them within a day of getting their invoice. I paid them, have a paid receipt, and they sent me the items I won at the auction!! Still they refuse to remove the dispute on liveauctioneers, and other auction houses now question my reliability as a payer. Don't do business with them. They obviously do not care about their customers. They never responded to multiple emails.

I had many issues with the delivery, but this down to a combination of COVID-19 and problems with DHL. However, Dream of Collectors were excellent from beginning to end and I really appreciated the additional items that were enclosed. All items were as advertised and excellently packed. I cannot wait for their next auction and highly recommend them.

I was sick fighting corona virus with 104 degree fever and they put me in dispute although my P. A. notified them. Then I pay them and not only do they keep me in dispute but I am given address from liveauctioneers and told they have no phone. I find the people at this address and they tell me the company is fake and used their info to put on the auction. They collected my money but never took me out of disput or shipped my winning I paid for. And after finding they used another companies address and info I'm sure the dispute will never go away and I am robbed and upset liveauctioneers didn't verify the company was real and only responded "good luck in getting money returned" and did not help out.

I would never bid or recommend them, all autographs sent on new photocopied paper and some are damaged on the corners, I could have photocopied these for a lot less... O yea and waited over a month.... and still got charged for express shipping... I am doing a charge back with paypal I will gladly send all pictures back

Awesome experience. They went above and beyond to keep me happy as covid 19 was causing headaches for most businesses. They kept me very well informed and even threw in a couple of extras. I am very impressed with the quality of my goods but most of all their professionalism. A company I will definitely deal with again

Didn't realize it was all out of Hong Kong as it was advertised as a LV Nevada company. In the end the shipping was question but in the end as I mention the value was great!! They shared a few more autographs which made it a over all good experince!

ITEM DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE REAL AUTOGRAPHS THE PHOTO LOOKS LIKE IT WAS COPIED ONTO ACID FREE PAPER WHICH WASN'T AVAILABLE WHEN THE BEATLES WERE TOGETHER. I'M FILING A CLAIM FOR A REFUND

Products were of high quality and were exactly as stated in the description. The staff were very helpful and were in contact soon after the completion of the auction.

The overall auction process was great! No issues with billing or shipping. Product was received in proper shipping container with no damage.

I have a dispute with my credit card right now. I have ordered other things online during May and have RECEIVED them. These guys blame flight cancellations.... steer clear of them.
