DO NOT BID on their auctions!! They are Fraudulent!!! I paid for my item plus a large shipping fee and NEVER received my item from April 2021!! I tried to contact them Many times. No Response!! Terrible business and representation to LiveAuctioneers!!! It's Shameful.

Unfortunately, I never received my items... Dorothy acknowledged fault and then disappeared. Multiple emails and VMs. Crickets. I had to file a dispute. Bummer.

I'm delighted with my item, but there was somewhat of a delay in receiving it and no way to call the auction house. The phone number did not work and no one responded to my emails. I was glad they handled shipping, but I was left wondering when I would receive the item.

First of, I did not receive all three items that I won for auction. The unique item was missing and didn't get any help when I reached out to the auction house. Secondly, the other two items were sold as sterling silver however both pieces looked like new CHINA items and both stuck to my Magnet. Overall unimpressed with all aspects of this auction and cannot recommend them.

This auction house should not even be allowed on Live Auctioneers website!!! They should be banned and investigated!!! Bought three items and paid for them the same day about 1 month ago. Still have not received items!!! Contacted them many, many times by e-mail and phone calls. She either had an excuse or never responded back. Contacted Live Auctioneers about this problem too and have not heard anything from them for over a week except for initial generic response... We are sorry... I will be contacting the BBB. Very disgusted with the whole issue.. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Avoid this vendor at all costs. Firstly they did not respond to my messages, started responding only after I contacted Liveauctioneers support. Then made false promises to send the lot, but it is more than 2 months from sales day, and I have not received the lot. Some Dorothy O'Neill from auctioneer Shopwithnoname wailed in email that she is juggling with 3 jobs thats why ignoring me. As if thats a valid excuse not to fulfill her obligations towards customer.

All items were exactly as shown and described. Payment was quick and easy and she made shipping a breeze. Everything showed up at my house in perfect condition and quick. This all happened when we were dealing with the aftermath of the winter storm we had in Texas Very responsive and helpful. I would rate a 10 star experience and look forward to their next auction

Paid for our items right away after the auction, she call us and we paid the invoice with a credit over phone, she stated it will be shipped out right away, we never received our winning items. We left many voicemails and email as of today still no response and no shipment. Be careful!

I would buy from again. The item had some great surprises in it, and was very pleased. The packaging was secure, it shipped quickly, the price was right, and the experience was wonderful.
