The hairpin is beautiful with kingfisher on both front and back sides of the hairpin. The hairpin comes with its original box which is rare. An excellent purchase

I bid a few of the most expensive items that I collected from New York Auction House Inc. As a beginner to this site, I confess that I was a little nervous. The staff are really great at responding to my questions, and communicating the progress. They even offered to combine the items from different auctions to save me the shipping costs. It has been a great experience and I would not hesitate to bid on any interesting items from them.

It was my first auction win and was a great experience with New York Auction House Inc. Definitely looking forward to more experience with them in the future.

If you buy from NYAH, you do so at your own risk. NYAH delivered an item to us that was not the same item we purchased. NYAH does not have an email address. For all I know, the people at NYAH are wonderful people, but their approach to customer service does not make us want to buy from them again. If NYAH delivers the actual item we purchased to us, we will amend this review. This review was made on 4/15/2021.

A + process

I made a decision to bid Lot 0073 depends on the description of the details listing on the advertisements. I was told the size of the Lot 0073 is width: 6cm; height: 4.5cm; length: 18cm and weight: 445g. However, the one I received has a size of width: 6cm; height: 4.5cm; length: 8.7cm and weight: 440g.

Very good customer service. My items were packed and shipped with NO problems or damage.
