We do not charge a $10 Packing Fee. We charge a $4.99 Packaging and Handling Fee per item, that pays for your items to be individually boxed and gift wrapped rather than thrown in a used zip block bag like so many others do. We also waive this fee for any repeat bidders/winners that leave us a review. Furthermore, it is troubling to see your comments after we go above and beyond to ensure our auction participants know exactly what they will be charged before they Register, Agree, Bid and ultimately win. Please see the Shipping Policy below that you agreed in order to register for our auction and was made available for review throughout the preview period and the auction itself. SHIPPING We take care of it! Each piece is professionally wrapped and packaged in house then shipped directly to you via UPS (domestic) DHL (international). Once shipped tracking numbers are emailed to you. We do not offer pick up or allow third party delivery companies. This policy ensures a quick, easy, safe and reliable shipping process for you and your new acquisition. U. S. Domestic charge is a Flat 10 % (of hammer price) with a $20 minimum charge. International charge is a flat 35 % (of hammer price) with a $100 minimum total charge. Each lot has a $4.99 packaging and handling charge. Shipping/Handling charges will be added to the invoice Item (s) may be removed from any/all framing for safe shipping and handling. All property will be shipped within ten (10) business days after payment in full.

Thank you for the 1-STAR review. However, it come as a surprise being that all shipping costs are clearly defined in our terms to avoid any surprises. We pride ourselves on complete transparency and honest business practices. It is also surprising that you would lie about our response to you after contacting us to complain about the shipping charges after you agreed to pay them chose to bid on and win multiple items. After paying your invoice LATE we responded appropriately with the below message reminding you that you were well aware of your shipping cost before you registered and bid on any items. For you to give us such a dishonest, unfair and unprofessional rating is very disheartening. We kindly ask that you not bother registering for any upcoming auctions and take a moment to reflect on your actions as to not hurt any other small businesses trying to do right by themselves, their staff and most importantly their customers. In addition we are sorry to here that you did not like our shipping policy. We really do strive to be as clear and upfront as possible when describing our shipping. Yours is the first negative comment that we have received and be assured that our team is looking into how to make sure yours is the last. Keep in mind that this auction did have a lower Buyer's Premium than the majority. We were at 18 %, while most are at 20-25 %. Our buyer's are also usually very happy that they do not pay a fortune for shipping, however we do understand that most that participate in our art auctions our purchasing multiple pieces of artwork rather than small jewelry items and we currently have a "one size fits all shipping policy. We also want you to be aware that we often hold FREE SHIPPING sales on our website. For the entire month leading up to this auction the items you purchased were offered with FREE SHIPPING when purchased directly through our website.
