Hello, as stated in our direct communication, and now on this public platform, we sincerely apologize for the poor experience. We do our best to protect items, unfortunately in this case the program you purchased sustained a corner ding because of the poor handling by the carrier. We will re-evaluate the carriers we use to transport our items, however we take full responsibility for the poor experience that occurred here. We hope to get another opportunity to do a better job with any future purchases. We’re glad the large Alice in Wonderland attraction leaves made it safely and securely. That’s the type of service we strive to provide, always. Regardless of what the item is, we treat every item with the utmost care. As a notice for any future potential customers reading these reviews. We do use recycled materials when possible. We are fully stocked with new shipping materials, however we do our best to reduce our carbon footprint and help do our part in protecting our environment. We will never jeopardize a shipment by using materials that we don’t believe are strong enough for transportaion, and do everything possible to secure and protect an item. This is why we have such a high success rate with our deliveries. We’ve delivered thousands of items over the years and have had few to no issues.
