Waiting on C & T to make good
Ive purchased militaria from numerous auction houses, but my experience here has been one of the worst. The item descriptions were inaccurate and items arrived not as described. I have emailed the auction house again to give them one last chance to explain and make good, and will gladly update this review if they respond positively. Otherwise, I would warn prospective bidders to be careful, confirm every detail, and ask a lot of questions before bidding on militaria items from this house.

We answered this bidder. He asked questions after he won the lots, not a good practice. The item in question had a chinstrap, it was not a chinstrap it thought it should of had, but you can see from the images what it had. We take care to describe items accurately so find this review unfair. We have thousands of happy customers over the last 10 years and personally I find that this review is from a customer who did not read or look at what he was bidding on, we can not be held responsible for this error on his part. Honest description of a "Post" war made copy for collectors
Clearly and honestly identified as a "Post war" made piece and sold as such. Not misrepresented as many online auctions tend to do in order to cheat buyers buy using less then honest or murky descriptions. WELL DONE!

Very unorganized.
Contacted them multiple times through email and cell phone to pay for item with credit card. After weeks of calling the listed phone number I finally was able to reach someone, who told me Brian Maederer would contact me. He did, and told me his cell phone was screening calls. I finally was able to pay for the item, and received it shortly thereafter. Yesterday, a week or so after receiving the item, I received a call asking if I was ready to pay for the item.??!!!.

The entire process was flawless. After winning the item, it was shipped soon after paid for and the packaging was very protective of the miniature dagger. I will not hesitate to bid again with C & T Auctioneers.
