House house wouldn't answer phone call after auction; Beware! Its integrity is questionable.

STILL WAITING FOR REFUND-HAS HAD RETURN FOR OVER A MONTH
We came to an agreement about a return (after a long struggle to get any response to my emails. They promised to refund if I returned the item, which I did in a timely manner in early December. He did receive it but after 6 weeks has not given me my money back despite repeated promises to do so.

fake stuff and no refund
I have won one so called Hetan seal from this auction house, but it is not authentic. I asked for refund and return, but there is no any solution yet
