Received a quote from UPS that was a little higher than anticipated but the items were great for the value. They offered to cover 25 % of the shipping cost as it was higher than their estimate, great customer service. Received items on time and in good condition well packed. Thanks for working with me. Will bid again.

H & H United Auctions was quick to contact me for payment and I didn't think much of it. Then I noticed everyone else had a similar experience. Red Flag: call was from "Montana." I filed a fraud dispute with AMEX. H & H United Auctions is scam. AVOID.

I reached out to the auction house regarding shipping and they told me they would send me a quote and information. They did not. I contacted them again, nothing. I have not yet asked for a refund because I think the response will be the same. Silence. I will never bid with them again as they appear to be untrustworthy at worst and unresponsive at best.

Can only speak to my experience, obviously, but completely unresponsive (as in, sent their invoice, then didn't return calls or emails) until I filed a dispute with Paypal. Items are ok, shipping was exorbitant.

Auction house is entirely unresponsive by phone, email, or even when contacting Live Auctioneers to mediate a resolution. It has been over a month and no response on my items after I paid. I've gone so far as to formally request a refund through PayPal's consumer protection.

Company unresponsive. I won an item and paid for it. Had a lot of difficulty getting a response from them on shipping details. A month went by and the reply I got was “We refunded your money for that item” no explanation as to why the item was being refunded. I attempted to get an explanation from them. Contcted them by phone, e-mail, LiveAuctioneer messaging, and reached out to LiveAuctioneers for help. No reply!

Auction House could not tell me exactly which warehouse the painting is located and did no provide any shipper list. After many follow up messages, Auction House did give me a rough estimate on the shipping cost based on my zip code but I ended up paying triple of that estimate on actual shipping. Nice product but very poor communication on shipping.
