Broken Item, No Refund, No Responses
I won a vitrine and used their in-house shipping but when it arrived in pieces wrapped only in cellophane !), I refused delivery. Nobody returned my calls, emails, or messages left via Live Auctioneers. I had to contact them via FaceBook and just got a "sorry, we'll get to this soon" message. It's been almost a year and no refund, no offer of replacement, nothing at all. Easily my worst auction experience and the worst house I've worked with. I can say that initially dealing with them was a pleasure so the people on that end seem great but whoever deals with shipping and customer service is useless.

Great Company with Great Service!
Having acquired items from several auction companies, Ohio Architectural Salvage is at the top of my list! They have fantastic items and the entire process from registering to delivery was very efficient, straightforward, easy. Also, their customer service is superb... I called to inquire about an item and Randy was very accommodating and friendly. I look forward to their next auction!

Never bid with Ohio Architectural Salvage.
I won 2 items from the above company through Liveauctioneers, trying to pay for the 2 items, I sent an e-mail and called. Finally after 2/3 days someone called me back. I paid for the items and agreed to have the items shipped in 2 packages since one was a painting and the other a wood trencher with handle. I paid for the additional charge for 2 pkgs. I requested a tracking number which I never received. 1.5 weeks later one damaged box arrived from Fed Ex. No invoice or packing slip included and nothing said "fragile" on the damaged container. Of course the oil painting is damaged with a gash along the entire width of the paining from the handle of the trencher. Call the above auction house and have not heard back. I also contacted by e-mail Liveauctioneers and explained what had happened. According to their site, someone would contact me in 2-3 days. It is now day four. I thought that by placing bids through Liveauctioneers, I would be able to feel comfortable placing bids but I am very disappointed with all of this.

Very good with packing items
I got some very bulky items. It was wrapped very well with packing peanuts to last me a very long time. Also had to touch base with Randy about once a week and he was able to help me out no problem! Cannot wait to see their next auction!

Great Auction House
Very friendly and helpful. I was a first time bidder with them and was very impressed with the staff and warehouse.
