As knowledgble and customer focused as it gets!!!
My experience has been among the best I have EVER had with an auction house. Deep knowledge of the item I purchased and they coordinated my shipping experience. As good as it gets. My expectations were significantly BELOW the service that was provided and I frequently purchase items from top branded auction houses. I am following them now.
