Everything went smooth
This auction site worked very well. My bids went in promptly and there was no question wether the wining bid was mine. I’ve lost some auctions on other sites because it was showing as though I had won and later found out I hadn’t.

Hello Philip , We did see your shipping cost was $14 with signature confirmation and it required a large package to send you the item. The shipping cost is based on size and weight and it is outside of our control in terms of rates. We apologize if you think your shipping cost was too much, all bidders has the rights to use their own shipping company if they prefer, you did not have to use our shipping choice. If the bidder wants, they can use a 3rd party company to pack and ship their items for them. So far all bidders have chosen to use our shipping service since 3rd party shipping companies normally charges much more for packing and shipping all together. I hope this helps explain the whole thing and hopefully you give us another chance in the future. You can always message us before bidding on any items for shipping cost quote so you know how much to expect paying for shipping before bidding on the item. We find the 3 stairs review unfair over our in-house shipping that you could have denied to use. I hope this helps clarifying it Vangove Auction
