Excellent Experience, professional and courteous.

I had never bid with this auction house before since they are based in Belgium but I am so happy I did. Very professional and stayed in communication throughout the process. I am adding them as one of my favorites. Package arrived quickly from overseas and the items are beautiful. Can't thank you enough.

First time experience the service was excellent

They were very helpful, especially given that they were international.

Flanders Auction shipped my purchase via the shipper of their choice, which was Belgian Post. The parcel is lost somewhere in the Belgian Post system. I have contacted them 3 or 4 times. It remains lost for low these 2.5 months. Flanders tells me they check and now they say that the shipping risk is my responsibility. No information provided if they insured the parcel. I am extremely dissatisfied with their choice of shippers and service on this matter. Buyer beware if bidding on any item with Flanders Auction! Never again for me!!!

I’m an international buyer (US) and I had a great experience purchasing from this auction house. They were able to remove the ivory from one of the items to allow shipment to the US. Not only did they do this but they also provided a trace of the ivory so that I could have it replicated in bone. I called in the middle of the auction to ask a question and they were more than helpful. They shipped my items in-house and they both were packaged impeccably well — double boxed and well protected.

Flanders Auctions was very helpful and prompt in responding to my questions regarding condition, payment and shipping. They provided in-house shipping and I received my item in the USA within four days after being shipped. Flanders auction staff is one of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They are honest, courteous and responsive.

Easy to work with, helpful with customs and shipping

Item was not assembled as depicted in the picture. It came in parts and some were missing not even allowing an attempt at assembly. Very costly shipping.

Great auction house

I emailed them with a shipping question. They were very responsive and answered my question quickly. Shipping and followup was great. I look forward to bidding working with them again.
