Item was presented to JSA for authentication and came back as fake.

I sadly bought almost $3, 000 in a bunch of lots from this seller. Who has changed their seller account name several times after investigating. Every Item I've had looked at so far 1 random from each invoice won is FAKE. They sell FAKE autographs of actors that have died. They offer you free items that are FAKE as well so you buy more and come back. They use other sites like this too. SMH live auctioneers has done nothing to help neither has stripe the 3rd party payment company they use. My credit card and bank couldn't reach anyone at any contact I gave them. There is no HONOR among thieves is right. Everyone has done nothing to help.

They list out of England which is not real, they are out of China. Outrageous shipping, no good explanation of charges, item sent uninsured and received broken. No help for refund or replacement, eventually no responses to emails. Had to claim thru credit card company. Do not deal with them.

After a hiccup with their systems, which they were very responsive to, everything arrived expediently and in good shape, with bonus items due to the delay (cool selections). Good email support and response. Thanks! Would buy again. (Note: I have not independently verified signed items, but they are “guaranteed” they say!)

fake items no coa shipping 3 times the amount of the item purchased, explained that I didnt want the item from another country with covid risk and overall cost of shipping and company filed a complaint on my account for 20 dollars HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION BEWARE OF SELLER

Paid $30 for a poster and was charged $90 for DHL shipping a poster tube to the United States. Rip-off, I will never buy anything from this Katarzyna again. Read reviews about there shipping cost online before you bid.

Auction house states they are in Britain, but items ship from Hong Kong. I purchased an item directly from their website, prior to this auction, and received it after I had won this item. The item I purchased directly (signed Sinatra photo) appears to be new and the autograph also appears to be new. This appears to be a scam and I am incredibly disheartened by this experience. Hoping LiveAuctioneers drops them. All other experiences with LiveAuctioneers have been positive ones, to date.

My husband and I both purchased items from this auction house and they were friendly and responsive. They were also helpful with combining items for shipping. We had a great experience.

Poor invoice accuracy and subsequent communication as well as very long shipping time.

They fooled me 2 times in a row about shipping fees The first time I paid 500 dollars extra to DHL The second time I bought this they send me a email saying that this time they won’t be any shipping fees But they lied again!!! I paid 200 dollars to DHL I Sent an email asking for refund and they didn’t answer. Don’t buy anything from them You will pay it double price!!! NOT RECOMMENDED IT ALL

I received my item after a long delay. The listing information for the Katarzyna was the UK, but payment and shipping was done from Hong Kong. The item, an autographed photo, was shipped in a plastic bag and just tucked inside a standard plastic sleeve. No cardboard or other material to ensure safe transit. There are enough discrepancies in the signature to make me question it's authenticity. When I went to check the supporting authenticity service I'm seeing lots of red flags. They have zero information on the item outside of a basic descriptor. The authenticator's website says they've been around since 2012, but the website domain was only purchased in 2020.

Accurate item and quick customer service that really tried to help. My only small question is about the shipping cost, not of the cost itself cause thats fine, more about the information. Im happy to pay it, I just would have liked to know the cost from the start. But the feeling is that they did everything they could to assist me during the whole process so Im very happy and satisfied.

I stumbled across this auctioneer by chance. It had so many things of my interest I couldn't believe it. Be it Rock music to film, this is a one stop shop!

Item arrived quickly and was well-packaged. However, it appears to be a poor quality photocopy of an autograph that someone then traced. Also, they say they are based in London, but the item ships from Hong Kong. It's all very sketchy, and I should have known better. Now I'm just sad.

Seem less process from start to finish. The auction is easy (well it runs over the Live Auctioneers platform so it should do!) The after auction process is simple and the auction winnings arrive quickly and in great condition.

Received all Lots in a timely manner and all items were packaged well.

I wrote to the company and asked if the items were from China. They assured me they were from England. When the packages arrived the return address was China! When I wrote to them again they told me there was a misunderstanding it was mailed from their warehouse in China but the items came from England. I am not sure these are authentic and I paid a lot of money. I would not buy again.

Auction item was as advertised. When bill came was really surprised with the shipping cost! 90 $for a book!! Really??! Won’t use them again.

It s a first Time I bought autograph in USA I live in Paris. On this online auctions lot of choice easy tu bid. I order a lot about 48 photos with d é dicace I was not desappointed. I received by DHL in a good conditions 2 boxes well wrapped. Only think to be careful it s for the payment with the high invoice my card was refused but Katarzyna help me and cut in three the amount of the invoice so I was Time to call my bank. This society is serious for me no problem to work with her in the future

I bought a record and two cds I paid 240 dollars shipping cost. I thought that will be all the expenses because it is referred that way When they came to my country I paid extra 500 dollars for customs clearance Even though I communicated with them and asked for a refund they didn’t even answer me Don’t suggest them in reliable

Any auction house can sell goods and take a commission. The mark of an exceptional house is one that cares for its customers and corrects issues when they arrive, even when it’s not their fault. I had no issues with the purchase from Katarzyna Auctions. The auction went smoothly, the invoice was prompt and the payment easy to make. I had issues with the shipping and customs fees but the management team at Katarzyna Auctions stepping in and went the extra mile to keep me happy! The packaging was extremely secure and the shipping very quick. They even included a few free items as compensation, despite non of my concerns being their fault. Superb customer service. I have now attended five of their auctions and intend to buy more. That’s a testament to their service.

Nice looking product but I’m just not quit convinced by its authenticity and COA by a company called Real Authentic located in Singapore. They’re assigned with IACC and RACC. I had to sent an inquiry twice to get information. Their very simple email reply contains the date, where and when signed by Madonna. No other sentences in their reply. It’s up to you to judge. A good point is that they compensated me with a generous commercial gesture after an overdue invoice issue problem. The product was nicely wrapped and I had a great service by DHL. So overall it is nice. You have to be patient.

There was a significant delay of receiving my invoice. Therefore I canceled the order which was accepted. I understand there was an technical issue, but they should’ve informe me on the matter instead of keeping me waiting.

I received Invoice 20 days after auction, with shipping cost equal to item's highest bid. Also, starting bids are way to high and there's no more than 1or 2 bidders involved.

Paid $50 for poster but $80 to ship a very small poster. I would have not bid if I knew that.

I found items I could not find elsewhere and they all came as described. Great company and I plan to purchase more items from them.
