It can happen also to Christie's and Sotheby's to sell a non-genuine work, but not everyone recognizes it and refunds immediately. We instantly sent you your money back and you did not have to pay any return, since we agreed to destroy the fake and cancel the sale. Plus, we sent you a gift inside your package as an hommage for your first purchase in our auctions, it was a valuable piece by Bruno Munari, which has a market value of 500/600 euros in italian galleries, but you completely ignored it and considered it as "packaging material", we did not expect that from such a gentleman like you are. We were pretty disappointed about that. We do not consider yours as a 1 star experience, absolutely. We immediately solved the problem and you received fast and smart communication from us.
