This auction almost never reponse me after the get my payment.

long time no response from this auction company after my payment finished. They already received the payment, but their staff using his own personal email box to response me they didn't receive my payment. And they charge very expensive for shipping, 800 CAD for 7 very small piece of item, They could be combined and no need to let me afford so much. Please resolve my problem ASAP.
