Exactly as advertised. Everything, including shipping, handled expeditiously.

Invoice was immediate but it did not include Shipping instructions. We contacted them by email, and they did not respond. In the middle of all the legal information we found a phone number for the UPS store in the small town. They are the only shipping facility in the area, and it will take 3 to 5 days for your items to be shipped. It would have been helpful to have known that the Auction House was going to take our items to the UPS store and that the UPS store would contact us when our items were ready to ship. Instead, the UPS store had hundreds of people contacting them and as they were friendly, we could tell they were a bit frustrated. We just needed to be told; if you are not contacted by the 3rd business day, please contact the UPS store. The items were packaged wonderfully and arrived safely.

UPS 5134 did a great job packing and shipping my item. Would definitely use them again.

This is the very best Auction House, I don’t know why anyone buys retail from overpriced sites, or Bidding wars sites that are like a carnival, McCreary has a Heart of Gold and gets the best pieces, this isn’t the stuffy auction house that You may be used to, the fees are fair and fear not for shipping, He is the best of the best of the best at Connecting you with their preferred shipping company, also, The communication Here is second to none, I absolutely Love this place and would prefer to exclusively buy Here than any other site or seller, I am so thrilled it asked me to leave a feedback rating because they deserve the very same Best From their customers that they give them with their unbiased review, I seriously can’t even begin to tell You how honestly the pieces are listed, how Helpful they are, how spectacular the owner is, and I’ve even bought a six thousand dollar piece Here once and That was my first purchase with them and have to tell You I was nervous spending that kind of money, And it was every big as good as this experience, so, weather you’re spending $225 on a plate or $6k on a vase, they treat you the same, and they treat their customers like Gold, I really hope they stay in business for a very long time!!!!-Dan in Pennsylvania
