DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REGIS AUCTION GALLERY! They are very non-responsive to inquiries, very dishonest and irresponsible group. They never send the item I won and paid for. After many emails to ask about status of my shipment, they finally send out something I didn't order after almost a month. They told me the item I won was damaged by water and send me a fake picture to show the so call damage. Instead they send a low quality painting as a replacement without my prior approval and told me if I don't like it I will have to send that back at my cost for refund. I told them that's not acceptable. First I want to see pictures of every page of the damaged antique painting album to decide if I want to release that for a full refund. Second I requested them to send me an authorization to return the wrong item with FedEX at their expense. They never responded. They ignored all my follow-up emails. Furthermore you can never reach anybody with their phone number. There is no voicemail for you to left message. The answering message in Chinese is always "We are busy now, please call back later" So be careful in doing any business with them. I won't trust them at all!!!!!
