We quoted this customer from quite a few shipping companies and she never accepted any. It had been a super hard time working with this customer and she did not seem to understand English very well. This customer even made serious racist statements, that we definitely despise. Until now she hasn't paid a penny of the shipping cost. We just gave up on it, as we'd rather avoid any further communication with her.
