They are set with automatic payment from Live auctioneer. If you don't pay immediate attention you are bound to pay for very expensive shipping cost. My item came with the price tag from usps, so after subtracting that cost it resulted I paid $110 for packaging and handling: (I tried contacting them about this and they are ignoring me after explaining the complaint. I do not recommend, unless you are buying items worth several $100s, the shipping will dent in the overall cost

Products came exactly as shown/described in great shape. Packaging was great and speedy will deal with again

I asked the auction company if I could send materials and waive their liability to ship my pottery. They told me "you don't understand how this works." I am a 3rd gen. auctioneer with my own auction and shipping house, so I actually do. The item was shipped inside a few pieces of home insulation and miraculously survived the U. S. Mail. For their high cost and inflexibility of shipping, I expected better. Pictures were sufficient and 1 of the 2 items had accurate dimensions listed. Invoicing and shipping were not delayed.

They were very responsive and very knowledgeable and they showed sincere concern for all my questions. They answered immediately and they also told me to bid accordingly to my comfort level. I was very happy in the 2 purchases made in the last 60 days...... Great to deal with.

Auction House was responsive and professional. I was shocked by the shipping cost which was over $100. Yikes. The painting was only $60.

Auction win seem to go smoothly until it came to follow through. Auction company having different names and one shipper. Still no problems payments. However, shipper packing subpar and damages. Still have no settlement but lots of back/forth (emails, photos, USPS inspections, insurance percentage questions from shipper). Still waiting and no settlement. However, been nice. Consolation 2 items survived! Slow, confusing frustrating episode.

I called before the auction and all my questions were answered. The in-house shipping was reasonable and my item arrived perfectly packed. I'm not a big fan of US Mail shipping vs Fedex/UPS but it all worked out.

In-house shipping was reasonable and quick. Very minor issue with contacting after the sale. Item was exactly as described. Will look to buy from them again.

Honest, straightforward, good communication. I had a problem in that I payed twice because of double invoicing. Gordon (the owner) resolved everything. Their shipping was well done and quite reasonable. Good auctioneer to do business with.

Whether it is in person or online, I have never been anything but pleased with MTSC. Extremely fair prices, expert knowledge of every item, and genuinely kind and professional people behind it all. I can't say enough how highly I recommend MTSC.
