One of the best Companies to deal with.

The House of R & D is excellent. Their jewelry is excellent; their customer service is excellent. The process for me as a buyer, however, was tedious at every step, after the bidding. I AM a first-time buyer, so this is very new to me. The payment processor needed proof that I was me, several times. This slowed things and resulted in me messaging for a PayPal money request, which would have been easier for me from the beginning. I know that that's not true for everyone, but I wish the payment processor from the beginning would have been simpler. The duties were way more than I was expecting and it would have been incredibly helpful to have been given a heads-up on the amount. Also, because they shipped with DHL, we spent 30 minutes with the driver at the door trying to figure out how to pay them. Not simple. I'm not saying that any of this was the House's fault. I am saying that it would be helpful for first time buyers to get that the simple part is clicking buy. The rest of online auction purchasing is less simple and it would be helpful to be walked through that process. The ring itself: stunning, and appraised for much more than I purchased. Thank you!
