This guy is a crook. By all means do not bid on any item of his.
I bid and won an item on February 13, and paid for the item. We had difficulty paying for shipping as PayPal would not accept payment for him, but shipping was paid 10 day later. It is now two months past and I have not received my item. When contacted they are very evasive and won't respond clearly. I rate Giulio Cesar totally unacceptable. Caveat emptor. Murray

Dear Murray your story is really really no true!! You paid correct the 13/02 after i asked you to pay the shipping i asked 10 times (all the email sent to you) And you pay this sending a check!!! an American check for an Australian account!!! i ask you to pay by Pay pal and you i repeat you had problems to pay!!! After to save money on the shipment you asked to change the package. The item was delivery correct but my friend i think you leave in the moon!!! for the current situation the flight and all the delivery has lots of delete like for my screenshot sent to you. This item may take longer to arrive than usual. Limited flights have caused delays for some international deliveries.
