This was my first experience with an international auction house and the experience has restored my faith in the kindness of my fellow human beings. I now realize the extra measures Antwerp Group went to assure my satisfaction. I don't know the gentleman's name but sir I thank you for all that you have done for me. I will strongly reccomend conducting business with The Antwerp Group.

Won several items in February 2021. Wish I read the reviews first or I would have never bid. After getting the $21k … the expected delivery time passed, I heard nothing for a month and I asked what happened to which I was told supposedly the “source” had Covid and was delayed. But an unrealistic time went by with no information and I demanded my refund, which the same thing and every time I had to initiate contact and just told to be patient. And claimed “force majeure”. If you don’t have money to cover, don’t do business. Now’s it’s been four months since they’ve said anything. Have done nothing and said nothing. Worst “business”, worst “support”, worst ability to communicate, not even able to give a real reason why anything and definitely not an act of god. Will show communication to any challenges. Total theft.

I won 3 items in February, after 6 months I asked for my money back since the items will clearly not arrive. 1 more month, no money back. it's over $3k!

THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT THE COINS I BOUGHT. I SPENT OVER 3K ON GOLD COINS AND BULLION AND NEVER SENT AND TOOK MY MONEY!!! CROOKS, CRIMINLAS. TERRIBLE PEOPLE...
