Shipping with Navis was a nightmare. They sent items to the wrong address and didn't ship all of the items won. How can a such an incompetent shipper be so expensive? Wouldn't dream of hiring them again.

Do not use NAVIS SHIPPING! Horrible! I paid $90 for a $50 purchase. Nothing breakable! Never again!

Thought some I think if they would have shipped the items, themselves, it would have streamlined the whole process. Outside company did a great job but I thought they were very expensive and took several weeks.

I had a problem with the shipping company and Downs Auction bent over backwards to help and I was very satisfied with the entire outcome. The ladies in the office were very professional and resolved my problem within an hour. I will use this company again.

There is no secure payment avenue. They only accept phone payments, and you have to do it twice, separately for the item and shipping.

Everything was good, but the shipping cost was way too high for a glass.
