BUYER BEWARE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ON SHIPPING
THIS AUCTION HOUSE TRIED TO CHARGE ME $125.00 TO SHIP AN 8X10 PIECE OF PAPER. I'VE HAD SEVERAL OTHER AUCTION HOUSES SHIP THE SAME THING FROM THE SAME GENERAL AREA AND ONLY CHARGE BETWEEN $25-$35. $125 IS JUST INSANE FOR SHIPPING A PIECE OF PAPER. THE LOT WIN WAS SMALL, SO THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE. MAKING PROFIT ON SHIPPING IS NOT NORMAL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF FOR SHIPPING. THEY WILL STRIKE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH A DISPUTE IF YOU CHALLENGE THEIR RIDICULOUS COSTS.

All signed items/CD and record covers are sent from Hong Kong/China
Although I asked several times, why a Company which is registered in UK sends so called real signatures from China. No response on that particular question-only the same: all intems are real ….. Why should have a Seller from China real autographs of U2, Rolling Stones, AC/DC and David Bowie???!!! Why are these items not coming from UK or US???!!!

Authentic product guaranteed!
The seller was really responsive in answering my inquiries. At first I had some reservations about the authenticity of the product but when I received the album it came with a certificate of authenticity! Everything is as pictured, no dent or scratches anywhere. The shipping was fast too, I received it 4 days after I made my payment (It was shipped from Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur). The seller was even kind enough to include an antman and the wasp pin from hong kong disneyland as a free gift. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and if you were on the fence before reading this review, I say shop with confidence!

Still trying to get one of my lots.
One lot got lost in shipping, because DHL is horrible in the US. Still need help from Ben's Toy House to be made whole. Not satisfied!

The tracking show your order hase been received successfully and DHL did confirm that. However, you claim you only receive one order and we tried our very best to communicate back office of DHL and they are still investigating why this incident happened. If there is a package lost and damage, DHL will compensate you. Please understand that once the package is sent out, it's out of our hand to control how it goes, this is not a fair review.

DHL lost my package and Ben's Toy House has not helped at all
I won lots, I paid for lots, I have not received lots, Ben's Toy Shop has not lifted a finger to help!

This is EXTREMELY UNTRUE!! We have all items with COA and certified. If you do not have your COA receive, you can always send a mail and request and we will more than happy to fix this issue but we never receive such request from you. Also, orders are either shipped directly from our warehouse or from our consignors. Shipping fee is charged by DHL internationally, there are NO ADDITIONAL charges!

Not as advertised
It was supposed to be 2 CDs and one was only the CD cover. Case was cracked on the CD. While claiming NO DAMAGE.
