Did not respond to any communication and did not send item listed.

The cain i received is not the one displayed and appears to not be real gold. Hoping they make it right. I spent almost 1000.00 feel real stupid for trusting an online auction.

I wrote to this auction house multiple times asking about authenticity and they assured me they have someone confirm the authenticity. The item I received is made of plastic and when taken to a fine jeweler they confirmed that it was made of plastic and they were no stones and absolutely not an authentic Van Cleef item.

Please let me know your auction day always.

I had an awesome experience with this auction house. At first, I thought it had to be too good to be true, but no, everything I ordered was exactly as described, at an unbeatable price point, and now I will forever bid anytime you guys have another auction!! Thanks Alchemy, very cool items, and kind staff. I would highly recommend them.

They sold me a green Gold Rolex Daytona. I asked for pictures and documentation up front and they sent them to me. Once they received the payment it took them four days to acknowledge receipt. Then disappeared for a week claiming a death in the family. Then said FedEx didn’t pick up the package for two days. The that a Florida ship will send me another watch (a different steel and gold watch with a custom dial), then claim is the same. Still no refund on a $75k payment. LiveAuctioneers are contacted but keep allowing this behavior, contacted FBI IC3 unit and Florida department of revenue as they charged me FL tax. Avoid this house. Remove from site ASAP. Is fraud!

I have seen a lot of mixed reviews for this auction house, truly I am confused! I have attendees every auction of theirs possible, I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with items and customer service. There was one time when I had one small order issue-I got an item instead of the one I had won. I let them know, and quickly, they sent me an overnight express of the corrected item. I have purchased designer items, jewelry, and some random other pieces. Not once have I been let down and I hope to have many more auctions with them in the future. Keep up what you’re doing and thank you for such great auctions!

The items are fake-not as described! I would give the. ZERO stars-I have disputed the charges-they are not diamonds! Once I made the dispute they were shipped from a different parent named company in SanDiego and not from Sheridan Wyoming-BEWARE!!! Live Auctioneers should not allow this company to host auctions on their site as the deceive people-so much for honest true online businesses anymore!

Do not purchase anything from Alchemy Auction House. The worst experience I ever had in the past forty years dealing antiques. It’s been over two months and I still haven’t seen my refund. I purchased 10 items and only 3 items were described correctly. The items that were advertised as14k and18k gold, are nothing but costume jewelry. I wish I had the option of giving them not even one star. Bunch of lying crooks running this auction. Please think twice before bidding or buying.

I won four lots from this auction house. One stated "This gold jewelry box is filled in each and every one of its drawers with jewelry including, but not limited to,: gold, silver, precious gems, diamonds, rubies, emeralds, pewter, etc. A true treasure hunt! All jewelry comes with entire box." There are no diamonds, rubies, emeralds, or pewter in the box. Also it said drawers, so I think the description was meant for a different item as this box had no drawers. However, I did get the value of what I paid but it certainly was not even close to the $1000-$5000 estimate they listed. The other items were what they stated they were.

Contents of the lot were excellent. Fast, secure shipping. Deeply appreciate reasonably priced in-house shipping. Very convenient and cost-effective. Would use this auction house again!

I have purchased many items that were claimed to be gold-but obviously are not. Products are different colors and stones are not correctly pointed out that they are not real or that they are synthetic. Rings are said to be 14k or more yet are never hallmarked with such. Items are obviously not what they are being claimed they are by the auction house. I will not ever purchase from them again and I am afraid to even show my jeweler as I will probably be told I've been completely swindled.

Missing items that I paid for and very misleading description of an item. Also during and auction before closing bidding one bitter pulled offer out. Very disappointing experience with this auction house.

A Minnie Mouse pendant and chain was purchased at the auction. The description claimed the pendant was solid 24 KT gold and the chain was 14 KT gold. None of the information was true. As and online purchaser, I have to believe the description shown on the description. The chain and pendant was checked for any gold and none was found by a jewelry store. Alchemy Auction House refuses to refund the money or return emails. Do not buy from them.
