Taj Art and Judaica is a new boutique auction house established in 2020 by Tomer Rosenfeld and Aron Orzel. We at Taj are deeply connected to Jewish art and culture, and are wholly committed to providing our clients with excellent customer service. About Us: Tomer Rosenfeld: Age forty four, married and father of four. I inherited my great love of Judaica from my father who is an accomplished bibliognost, as well as a prolific Judaica collector and dealer. I have gained immensely from his wealth of knowledge on the subject, and I feel a great sense of gratitude to him for setting me on the path I am today. I have been dealing in collecting and marketing a wide spectrum of Judaica for over two decades. This range includes antique books, manuscripts, rare items and fine art. Upon concluding my Israeli army service, I earned my B.A. in History and Jewish Art at Bar-Ilan University in Israel. Ever since then I have remained closely attached to the World of Judaica. Aron Orzel: Age forty three, married with a family and lives in Jerusalem. I was born and raised in Basel, Switzerland. Since my youth I have had a great interest and affinity for Jewish Art and Judaica. My interest was sparked by close family members who were prolific collectors, and were greatly knowledgeable on the subject. I moved to Israel in my twenties, and over the years have amassed a wealth of knowledge and keen understanding of the Judaica world. During this time, I have dealt in Judaica, built close relationships with eminent collectors and seen thousands of rare and significant Judaica items. Taj Art and Judaica is now preparing for its second auction, to be held on August 19, 2021. We invite you to browse our catalog and contact us regarding any items that you find of interest.
