Impossible to rate this outfit too highly. Knowledgeable, friendly people, and accessible by phone and email. Also willing to make arrangements about pickup if special circumstances arise. They held a room-sized rug that turned out to be heavier than I could wrangle until the outfit that was going to clean it for me could come pick it up. I consider that client-centered service and appreciated it. My only complaint is they were a little hard to find the first time I went out there.
