Rug was just as pictured and described. Shipping was quick. Very pleased!

Rug was described as in "excellent" condition. Not disclosed was the rug had stains. Not disclosed was the rug was dyed to cover up worn areas. When cleaned by a reputable dealer, the colors of dyed areas ran. In addition, sections of the rug are so worn and threadbare as to need major reweaving. The costs to fix the defects not disclosed and which make the condition not anywhere close to "excellent" nearly double the price of the rug. The dealer indicated it would take the rug back on a discounted basis but would not state the amount of discount and indicated it would redye the rug and resell (which would then lose color again when re-cleaned).

Excellent communication, fair price with innovative shipping cost. I strongly recommend Marco Polo Oriental Rugs for their expertise and their nice choice of rugs.
