Considering my order was small... it's more about the principle. I won two auctions over a two week period. I received two separate invoices that read as if the items were shipped separately. I paid for two separate shipping 'packages'. The auction house combined shipping in one box... and pocketed the savings. It is MINOR other than a matter of perceived honesty. Bad taste in my mouth, and I won't buy from them again.

Comics were in great shape!

AWESOME ITEMS ALL THE TIME, LOVE THIS SITE..

I order a few comics. I took time to review them before auction. I was fairly happy with the majority but one of them (which was the most expensive) was very disappointing. I was careful to remove the comic and placed it on a soft surface, I opened the comic to see that it was completely detatched from the cover but the pictures and description did not mention this anywhere!! Auction has told me all sales are final and I should have checked pictures first, pictures were miss-leading because others wouldn't have bid this high ever if they had known.

Condition of 95 % of the books were high grade

I didn't want to have to leave this review, but it's been 10 days since I reached out to the company and they've offered no response at all. Paid $100 + total for what appeared in the pictures to be a beautiful copy of Iron Man 150, hard to find w/o any spine creases in the wild, so I was pumped!!! Paid a high premium for the book as a raw copy and shipping to the USA. They shipped the book only partially sandwiched inside a folded piece of roughly 60-80pt kraft paper, a little less thicker than single wall shoe box cardboard. It didn't even cover both sides of the comic. They then put that into a bubble manilla envelope. This is TOTALLY inadequate protection for a book that's going in the mail, especially for International delivery. Because they manually just folded the piece of kraft paper around the comic, and didn't even use a straight edge to do it, it was structurally weak along the fold of the spine near the staples of the comic, and OF COURSE that's where the envelope was bent. I fully intended to clean/press and send for grading, but with the two new 1 "cumulative color breaking spine creases it now has, the comic might as well be used for expensive toilet paper. The auction house is new on the platform, so I was reluctant to leave a bad review and chose to send them a message. I didn't expect a refund, only an apology and the promise to do better. 10 days later, still no response. I spend a LOT of money buying comics online. $200K in the last couple of years. I won't be spending anymore with them.

Call ahead and express concerns on how your comics books should be shipped, protected and marked do not bend.

Thought we were getting 2 boosters and a 25th celebrations premium figure box but received 2 etbs instead. Not even close to the $200 we spent. Plus had to go to separate site to pay. Not happy with how they did everything.

Great items and great overall experience... I will be back...
