This was my first auction purchase and they were very helpful in guiding me in what I needed to do (e. g. suggested recommended shippers, guidance on the release form to be completed). They also offered to frame any items at an extremely reasonable price. They ship immediately and everything was well protected. Overall I could not have been better served.
