I have tried to contact the auction house about a dispute they filed even though I have paid for and received the items. I don’t know what else to do but respond in this way.

Note this seller appears to really be overseas and item I received is questionable. Shipping also cost more than the item itself because item is shipped from overseas. Seller sent two invoices for different items even though I only bid and won on one. Then filed a dispute for not paying the one. Did not receive item for 6 weeks as I had to contact them and there was some mistake on their side. Item arrived from hong kong, china even though auctioneer is listed in USA. Very non-responsive on email and in fact still did not respond to last couple sets of emails to close dispute since the item I won was paid for long ago, it was shipped, and it was finally received. It took liveauctioneers to get involved to clear the dispute. Will not bid again on auctions from this auctioneer.

I took this Auction House 1 month to answer my question to where are the items I won since I never received it. They finally answered and stated that it was delivered to an Airport, not my address. Still waiting for their response as to why they think I live in an airport! I am requesting LIve Auctioneers to step in before I contact my credit card.
