This is the first item I won the bid on from SebastianCharles Auctions. First time items I am always a little worried about. From the very beginning, during the bidding process, through purchase and shipment, I have to say it has been a Most rewarding experience. The Bev Doolittle Framed Print purchased was exactly as stated in the auction listing. SebastianCharles Auctions helped me get in contact with UPS Store 2105 to arrange shipping. This shipping business are Experts and packaged my framed print superbly, so it had no chance of being damaged during shipment. Email correspondence with UPS Store 2105 was always immediate and helpful, answering all of my questions/concerns. I will definitely will be doing business with SebastianCharles Auctions in the future and will use UPS Store 2105 for shipping handling. Do not hesitate to bid or worry about shipping. I won 3 Swarovski Masqueade Figurines. They were shipped perfectly. However, the stands were not included. I contacted Sebastian immediately and he responded very quickly to ship them out.
