I bid on many St. Louis crystal items and was the first time with this auction house. I was a little concerned, being my first time, but all items arrived to me in the United States and described and none were broken. It took a little time to receive the second box but I purchased a lot. I was asked by my bank if I had ever purchased from them before and when I said no they asked me if I was sure I wanted to wire the money since it was a nice sum. I did and I am happy to report I would do business with them again. I appreciate Live Auctioneers assisting me in finding out when my items were to be shipped but all arrived in perfect condition. Antikauktion Krefeld is a good company. I got my article easily. Only at the bottom of the bowl there is an area which need to repair a little. I would I saw it at the photos previously, but it is ok.
