THEY DELISTED AN ITEM I WON IN THEIR AUCTION AND HIT ME WITH A DISPUTE, WHEN I OFFERED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT. I TOLD THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY BANK DUE TO FRAUD, AND AT THE TIME I COULDN'T MAKE THE PAYMENT, BUT MY PLEA FELL ON DEAF EARS.
